What you will do

• Scale hirify.global’s core cloud platform for high availability and performance
• Detect blindspots and add observability to mitigate them
• Work closely with product engineers to design reliable rollouts of new features
• Review code, proposals and participate in architectural discussions
• Build reproducible automations for urgent infrastructure needs
• Define solutions to save internal teams time when moving code to production
• Keep on top of potential threats/patches with a security-first mindset
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the development process/workflow

Requirements

• Experience designing and maintaining complex/large/growing systems
• Proactive in fixing issues or suggesting improvements
• Strong debugging skills and ability to find root causes of production issues
• Ability to think critically about system designs, edge cases, and failure modes
• Must be based somewhere between the GMT-3 and GMT+2 timezones
