What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for escalated issues related to the hirify.global Data Intelligence platform.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Lead the resolution of high-priority incidents and conduct root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and DevOps teams to drive improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation on support procedures and known issues.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and implement optimizations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role related to hirify.global or big data technologies.
• Deep understanding of hirify.global architecture and Apache Spark.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
