What you will do

• Ensure teams deliver high-quality products with impactful outcomes.
• Contribute to roadmap and strategy, making technical decisions as needed.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members.
• Scale and manage engineering teams, potentially extending to other mobile platforms.

Requirements

• Experience working on mobile apps loved by millions of users.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end and mobile technologies with extensive ‘hands on’ development and management experience, preferably in a multi-surface product including iOS, Android, and desktop environments.
• Managed and led a sizable cross-functional engineering team with a strong delivery track record.
• Love to get involved in technical details, participate in architecture reviews, and provide technical guidance or do PR reviews if needed.
