What you will do
- Design and improve the core loop of an Idle Tycoon game.
- Develop new mechanics and refine existing ones.
- Shape the department roadmap together with the cell lead.
- Collaborate with programmers and artists to bring features to final implementation.
- Work with game designers from other teams on cross-department features.
- Analyze feature launches and improve the game based on analytics.
Requirements
- Experience as a Game Designer on mobile F2P projects (casual/midcore/idle is a plus).
- Understanding of Idle economies, progression systems, and monetization principles.
- Ability to quickly and clearly describe functionality.
- Willingness to work closely with the team and drive a mechanic from idea to release.
- Strong soft skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Idle or Tycoon projects.
- Knowledge of product analytics and metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPPU).
- Experience setting up and analyzing LiveOps or A/B tests.
- A strong background as a player in the Idle genre.
- Familiarity with our games Roadside Empire and My Aquapark.
