TL;DR

Senior Technical Designer (Gamedev): Designing and implementing gameplay systems and tools within Unity + C# for mobile racing and hunting titles, owning features from concept through live operations with an accent on product thinking and Unity implementation. Focus on prototyping quickly, authoring tools for content creation, and instrumenting analytics to iterate based on KPIs.

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, from opportunity sizing and spec to prototype, production, and liveops iteration.
• Design and implement gameplay systems directly in Unity + C#.
• Prototype quickly in-editor to validate fun and feasibility.
• Author tools and pipelines that speed up content creation.
• Instrument analytics and define success metrics/KPIs; run A/B tests and use results to iterate.
• Collaborate with art & UI/UX to land interactions, feedback, and polish it to feel authentic to our genres.

Requirements

• 6+ years in game design or technical design, with Unity as your primary engine.
• Shipped at least 2 titles (mobile F2P preferred) with live operations experience.
• Strong C# for gameplay scripting, tools, and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated product mindset: can set goals, define KPIs, estimate impact, and make tradeoffs.
• Comfort with analytics and experimentation.
• Solid grasp of mobile performance constraints.

Nice to have

• Vehicle handling, tuning, and customization systems.
