Focus on working in a small team that develops and maintains cloud microservices and APIs, consuming hirify.global technologies.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain cloud microservices and APIs consumed by hirify.global technologies.
• Employ the Cloud-centric Agile Software Development Lifecycle from requirements gathering to release.
• Perform bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products.
• Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions.
• Contribute to additional responsibilities identified by hirify.global Cloud product strategy.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with software development targeting Software-as-a-Service products.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing with hands-on Cloud Service Provider experience.
• Exposure to API design and implementation for HTTP/REST using Java, Python, and/or GraphQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies.
• Familiarity with container and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Basic understanding of the software development process.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team.
