What you will do

• Participate in the design, implementation, optimization, maintenance, testing, and documentation of complex software systems.
• Design and implement algorithms, data structures, and software architectures for computationally demanding tasks.
• Understand and employ software development best practices, including multi-paradigm programming models, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Participate in bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products.
• Investigate problems and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Computer Engineering or equivalent MS in related disciplines (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Mathematics).
• Working experience in technical software development proven by academic, research, or industry projects.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, parallel computing, and modern programming paradigms and patterns.

Nice to have

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team.
• Programming skills in a strongly-typed high-performance language (C++, Rust).
• Working experience on Linux systems and development tools.
• Programming skills in Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit).
• Experience in software design, APIs, microservice, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Monte Carlo Methods and stochastic systems.
• Knowledge of computational geometry algorithms, methods, and related software development libraries.
• Knowledge of computational linear algebra and related libraries.
• Technical knowledge and experience with field solver technologies (FDM, FEM, BEM, RW).
• Technical knowledge and experience with CMOS technologies.
• Experience with GPU and/or distributed programming.
• PhD in a related field or exhibited research activity.
