What you will do

• Define and execute software feature strategies for hirify.global G audio products.
• Create and drive comprehensive feature roadmaps aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Partner with engineering teams across Chennai, Europe, and the US to deliver exceptional software experiences.
• Translate user insights and market opportunities into detailed product requirements.
• Drive agile development processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer electronics or gaming products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching software products or features.
• Experience working with global, distributed engineering and UX teams.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
