What you will do
- Drive value realization, retention, and growth for large and complex customers.
- Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services.
- Align on business outcomes and influence product development with real-time feedback.
- Partner with senior and executive-level stakeholders, utilizing structured planning.
