TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Customer Support): Drive value realization, retention, and growth for our largest and most complex customers. Focus on complex problem-solving, executive engagement, and owning strategic accounts with high impact.

Location: Must reside near Austin, TX (Hybrid), Raleigh, NC (Remote), Nashville, TN (Remote), Toronto, Canada (Remote).

What you will do

  • Drive value realization, retention, and growth for large and complex customers.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services.
  • Align on business outcomes and influence product development with real-time feedback.
  • Partner with senior and executive-level stakeholders, utilizing structured planning.

Requirements

  • Experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
  • Strategic and experienced in customer success.
  • Must reside near one of the following locations: Austin, TX (Hybrid), Raleigh, NC (Remote), Nashville, TN (Remote), Toronto, Canada (Remote).
