What you will do

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to support customer care processes.
• Implement automation using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and AI-driven automation to streamline customer service workflows.
• Enhance digital self-help options for customers by developing knowledge bases and improving chatbot functionality.
• Integrate the Salesforce platform with backend, frontend, and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Service Cloud, including case management, Omni-Channel routing, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component frameworks; familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of customer care operations and business processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting high-volume customer interactions and complex security models.
• Fluency in English is required.
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including implementing large-scale solutions.
