TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud & Financial Services Cloud): Designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud data models with an accent on case management, API integrations, and industry-specific data structures. What you will do

  • Design, build, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications within the Financial Services Cloud instance.
  • Develop and optimize Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Omni Channel Routing features.
  • Leverage FSC industry-specific data models to implement solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Integration Services.
  • Develop API-based integrations with core banking, insurance, wealth management, and third-party systems.
  • Implement workflow automation, Omni Scripts, and Flows for case resolution, service processes, and customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, Service Cloud Voice).
  • Experience working with Financial Services Cloud data model (Person Accounts, Householding, Financial Accounts).
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Declarative tools (Flows, OmniScripts, Process Builder) and Salesforce Integration Patterns.
  • Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Git, Jenkins) and understanding of Financial Services industry processes.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Salesforce AI & Analytics tools (Einstein, Tableau CRM).
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware for integrations.
  • Prior experience working in regulated financial environments.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Certifications.
