What you will do
- Hire interns and apprentices through CV screening and sourcing.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Managers in analyzing the labor market.
- Identify pain points and suggest improvements in the hiring process.
- Support various continuous improvement projects related to Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in recruitment or HR-related internships.
