What you will do

• Design and implement large-scale ML infrastructure, including feature stores, pipelines, and inference systems.
• Drive the rollout of a next-generation feature store to improve reliability and model development velocity.
• Define and evangelize an MLOps "golden path" for secure and scalable model training and deployment.
• Ensure operational excellence of ML pipelines, focusing on scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with ML product teams to deliver solutions that accelerate experimentation and iteration.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Strong focus on ML/AI infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on expertise in building and operating ML platforms (feature stores, data pipelines).
• Proven experience delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure in production.
• Solid understanding of MLOps concepts, observability, security, and reliability.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLFlow, SageMaker, or model registries.
• Exposure to modern AI infrastructure environments (LLMs, real-time inference, agentic models).
• Background in scaling ML infrastructure within fast-paced product environments.
