Salary: $150,000.00 - $209,600.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.

What you will do

• Employ both 2D and 3D workflows to implement with a refined sense of style.
• Balance visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity that communicate essential game information.
• Create aesthetically astounding visual effects.
• Use your craft skills to draw, paint, animate and model with equal proficiency as-needed.
• Find creative solutions to eliminate difficult problems in production and as-needed.
• Provide as-needed support of all aspects of VFX process; from set-up through production and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in senior art roles in the game industry.
• 3+ years professional experience working within Unreal Engine as a VFX artist.

Nice to have

• Experience with Photoshop and Maya.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5, working with Blueprints and Materials.
• Experience with stylized art direction.
• Shipped mobile or AAA game title.
• Flipbooking techniques.
