Requirements

4+ years of experience in web/e-commerce UX and UI.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality UI and UX work.
Experience shipping designs to public users with measurable outcomes.
Ability to balance user value and technical effort in design decisions.
Strong passion for user research and testing.
