What you will do

• Gather, document, and validate requirements for new IT projects or system enhancements.
• Analyze workflows and conduct interviews to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Create process diagrams to illustrate current vs. future states.
• Use data to support recommendations and business decisions.
• Evaluate solutions against business needs and participate in user testing and solution rollout.

Requirements

• Strong academic background; preferably in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or another quantitative background.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis within digital product environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating business needs into tech solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS, React, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Ability to convert requirements into actionable backlog items.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, data models, and real-time systems.
