Solutions Engineer (AI/ML): Collaborating with enterprise organizations to architect and implement data and AI solutions using ’s platform with an accent on MLOps and Generative AI. Focus on designing end-to-end machine learning pipelines and driving customer success through technical sales processes.
Location: Remote (Thailand)

What you will do
- Collaborate with customers to design data and AI solutions.
- Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
- Lead technical conversations around MLOps and GenAI integration.
- Own the technical sales process from introduction to post-sales success.
- Deliver demos and proof-of-concepts showcasing real-world value.
- Work closely with Account Executives to drive customer success.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience as an AI/ML practitioner.
- Proven ability to design and deploy MLOps pipelines.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
