AIUTA is a revolutionary AI startup redefining how fashion is discovered, experienced, and purchased through its suite of AI-powered products that enable real-time, personalized, and highly visual shopping journeys.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Python experience to help design, build, and evolve the backend systems behind AIUTA's AI powered fashion products. You will work on APIs, ML driven pipelines, and internal platforms used by leading global fashion retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
⚫Design and implement backend services and APIs in Python,
⚫Build and maintain backend systems for AI inference, image and video processing, and data pipelines,
⚫Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models and experiments,
⚫Design and operate async and distributed workflows where needed,
⚫Improve reliability, observability, and maintainability of backend systems,
⚫Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making,
⚫Own features end to end from design to production,
⚫Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Requirements:
⚫Strong experience with Python in production environments,
⚫Experience building and maintaining backend systems,
⚫Good understanding of async programming and concurrency,
⚫Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs,
⚫Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases,
⚫Experience with cloud based infrastructure,
⚫Solid system design skills and engineering fundamentals,
⚫Ability to work autonomously and take ownership,
⚫Clear communication skills and a product oriented mindset.
