What you will do

• Research generative AI for learning, instructional design, and content creation, including tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Map the current learning-content creation process and identify high-value opportunities for AI assistance.
• Prioritize use cases such as micro-learning, scripts and storyboards, quizzes, assessments, localization, translation, content refreshes, and facilitator guides.
• Design and prototype an AI-assisted learning-content creation workflow with the Talent Development team.
• Evaluate content quality, relevance, instructional effectiveness, usability, personalization opportunities, and time saved.
• Define responsible-AI recommendations and guardrails, then pilot the workflow on a real learning program and measure its impact.

Requirements

• Genuine curiosity about generative AI and enthusiasm for applying it to a real business challenge.
• Entrepreneurial bias to action and willingness to build new solutions from scratch amid ambiguity.
• Interest in learning, enablement, instructional design, user experience, or knowledge management.
• Comfort collaborating with different stakeholders and translating ideas into practical solutions.
• Enthusiasm and ability to win people over.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, no-code automation, or basic scripting.
