Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; up to 40% working from home possible

What you will do

• Prioritize automation, eliminate operational toil, and improve tooling and processes.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline secure, scalable delivery.
• Own release management, deployment processes, and team CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Provide 2nd-level support, manage incidents and problems, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to high-priority events.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and own critical projects end-to-end.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience, ideally in containerized environments.
• Deep experience with Linux and containers, including Docker, Podman, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling, including GitLab CI, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Helm.
• Experience with Java or C++, Python, and Bash scripting.
• Thorough knowledge of Kafka.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, LDAP/OUD, and MySQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, independent working, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
