Location: 100% onsite in Kufstein, Austria; the company will relocate from Innsbruck to Kufstein effective November 16, 2026. Monday to Friday rotating morning shifts start at 6:30 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM.
Gross yearly pay: €42,000–€46,200.

What you will do
- Coordinate complex shipment scheduling, carrier bookings, and freight documentation across assigned transportation lanes.
- Prepare packaging, close and label boxes, and verify material identifiers, expiration dates, patient kits, and temperature and storage conditions.
- Resolve carrier service issues, delivery exceptions, and freight discrepancies, escalating unresolved issues when needed.
- Monitor shipment status, transit performance, delivery commitments, delays, and service risks.
- Maintain audit-ready bills of lading, proof of delivery, carrier correspondence, and freight cost records.
- Compile logistics performance reports and guide junior operators through procedures and documentation standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required; an associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking, customer service operations, or a related field required.
- Advanced written and spoken English required for regular communication with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite from the Kufstein office required.
- Availability for Monday–Friday rotating morning shifts required.
Nice to have
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, or equivalent certification.
