Company

hirify.global uses AI-powered, human-centered technology to scale healthcare delivery for musculoskeletal, pelvic health, gastrointestinal, and migraine conditions.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain tooling for mobile builds, release candidates, app-store submissions, phased rollouts, and rollback workflows.
  • Build shared mobile-platform capabilities, including mobile-specific APIs, server-driven UI, navigation, deep links, and reusable media components.
  • Improve the reliability, speed, observability, and security of mobile CI and release pipelines; investigate recurring failures and reduce manual work through automation.
  • Coordinate release readiness, blocker triage, communications, staged-rollout safeguards, monitoring, and resolution with engineering, Quality Engineering, release partners, and product teams.
  • Improve dependency management, mobile code-quality practices, developer documentation, and tooling while responding to iOS and Android ecosystem changes.
  • Measure pipeline and release performance, prioritize improvements using evidence, balance delivery speed with release safety and compliance, and mentor engineers through reviews and design discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of non-internship, full-time professional software engineering experience.
  • Experience building and operating production software from investigation through rollout, including testing, debugging, and code-review practices.
  • Experience in mobile application or platform engineering, or mobile build and release systems, with working knowledge of the iOS and Android delivery lifecycle and willingness to contribute across both areas.
  • Experience improving CI/CD or developer tooling through automation, observability, or systematic problem-solving.
  • Clear and proactive communication, including raising risks with context and helping teams make decisions.
  • Curiosity about unfamiliar systems, openness to feedback, and the ability to evaluate AI-assisted tools and validate generated changes with tests and running software.
  • Hands-on ownership of commitments and outcomes, sound judgment under release pressure, and proactive contribution through design discussions and code reviews.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting React Native or another cross-platform mobile application alongside native iOS or Android build workflows.
  • Experience with shared mobile-platform APIs, server-driven UI, navigation, deep links, or reusable media components.
  • Familiarity with Bitrise or similar mobile build services, source-control automation, app signing, and app-store release management.
  • Experience diagnosing intermittent mobile CI failures and improving pipeline reliability or speed.
  • Experience with dependency-update automation, mobile security updates, platform-policy changes, release-compliance preparation, staged rollouts, health monitoring, or rollback workflows.
  • Experience measuring pipeline performance, coordinating releases across engineering and product teams, and mentoring engineers through documentation, design discussions, or operational practices.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hybrid work model with three required office days per week in San Francisco; the office is dog-friendly.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including support for gender-affirming care, family and fertility planning, and travel reimbursement when healthcare is unavailable locally.
  • Traditional and Roth 401(k) options with a 2% company match.
  • Learning and development stipend and access to a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
  • Inclusive equal-opportunity workplace with reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities.
