Director, AI Infrastructure & Strategic Partnerships (AI)

Location: United States; Remote-US. International travel is required for strategic partner and customer engagements.

Base salary: $120,000–$175,000 USD per year for candidates based in the United States.

What you will do

• Shape AI infrastructure strategy and build technical relationships with partner and customer CTOs, architects, engineering leaders, and AI infrastructure teams.
• Develop technical partnerships, joint value propositions, integration and validation plans, and go-to-market strategies across AI platforms, ISVs, infrastructure vendors, sovereign cloud providers, and neoclouds.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, proofs of value, and executive presentations for strategic field opportunities.
• Guide production infrastructure designs for inference, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows across compute, storage, networking, data access, orchestration, security, reliability, and cost.
• Translate customer and partner requirements into product priorities, roadmap decisions, technically credible messaging, reference architectures, and deployment patterns.
• Represent hirify.global at partner events, industry conferences, customer briefings, and technical forums.

Requirements

• Significant senior technical leadership experience as a Field CTO, Chief Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or in an equivalent customer-facing role.
• Experience taking AI workloads from experimentation into production, with strong knowledge of inference and agentic AI infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including accelerated computing, storage and data platforms, networking, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks and explain tradeoffs among latency, throughput, resilience, scalability, and cost.
• Experience building technical partnerships with AI platforms, ISVs, infrastructure vendors, or cloud providers.
• Understanding of sovereign cloud requirements, including data residency, deployment control, security, and operational autonomy.
• Ability to influence product and engineering priorities using customer and partner insight.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to connect technical architecture with business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel internationally for strategic partner and customer engagements.
