We’re seeking an experienced engineering leader to design, deploy, and scale advanced AI systems supporting strategic U.S. Government missions.
📍 Role Details
• 🇺🇸 Greater Washington, DC | Hybrid (3–4 days onsite weekly)
• Contract: Full-time | 1 opening
• Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually
• Additional Compensation: Equity and potential performance bonuses
• Benefits: Health insurance reimbursement, PTO, and 401(k) matching

💼 What You’ll Do
• Design and deploy agentic AI and LLM solutions.
• Build multi-agent systems, RAG workflows, and autonomous agents.
• Develop scalable ML infrastructure, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Translate government requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Lead technical decisions and mentor engineering teams.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
• Extensive experience delivering complex production software.
• Advanced Python and software engineering expertise.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI, and ML infrastructure.
• Knowledge of model evaluation, reinforcement learning, or simulation.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Security clearance or eligibility preferred.
• Government, defense, or intelligence experience advantageous.
