Senior Games Producer

What you will do

• Plan and execute the game roadmap across the full lifecycle with key stakeholders and central projects.
• Monitor day-to-day progress, adjust plans, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee development across a large team and manage the comprehensive production plan.
• Measure project performance, identify improvement areas, and manage delivery risks.
• Report progress to the Leadership Team through appropriate forums.
• Promote studio best practices, support positive team culture, and mentor and develop the production team.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of game production experience in live operations.
• Experience delivering games while working with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Self-starting, emotionally intelligent leadership style with excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
• Advanced Jira and Confluence user skills.
• Several shipped games.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile free-to-play games.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification.
• Scrum certification.
