Production Manager (Video Games)

What you will do

• Own production for a specific development area of Rainbow Six Siege.
• Translate the project mandate and vision into meaningful deliverables while aligning internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Track progress, anticipate risks, resolve dependencies, and deliver within defined budgets, schedules, and quality targets.
• Lead an Agile multidisciplinary team, facilitate communication, and maintain visibility across stakeholders.
• Negotiate seasonal scope, define priorities and KPIs, and create schedules and roadmaps.
• Improve pipelines and workflows through iterative processes while supporting team hiring and development.

Requirements

• Thorough player-centric mindset and a solid understanding of video game development foundations.
• Solid knowledge of production techniques and methodologies, including Agile.
• More than 3 years of experience in team coordination or management, plus video game production experience.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with multiple international internal and external teams.
• Autonomous, proactive, analytical, and capable of anticipating risks.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with common game development production tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Office Suite.
• College or university degree in management or administration, or equivalent.
• Passion for video games.
