Product Manager (Settlement & Client Connectivity)

Location: Primary location in Oslo, Norway; candidates may also be considered for offices in Paris, Milan, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, or Brussels.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for Settlement & Client Connectivity products.
• Manage products from concept and launch through ongoing development.
• Build business cases and drive profitable growth through product enhancements and new initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, client needs, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with clients, technology teams, regulatory experts, and business stakeholders across the international CSD network.
• Support budgeting, pricing, revenue growth, product performance, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, business development, or a related role within banking, financial services, or financial market infrastructure.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSD connectivity services and SWIFT.
