Senior Product Manager (Data Platform)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; 4 days in the office

What you will do

• Lead discovery and determine which problems should be solved now, later, or not at all.
• Own the product vision, problem definitions, OKRs, and roadmap for the Matrix data platform.
• Manage Finance, Financial Crime Prevention, Lending, and Product Analytics as internal customers through service agreements, demand prioritization, and capacity planning.
• Own data trust and discoverability, including GDPR compliance, the deletion engine, and DORA operational resilience requirements.
• Support hirify.global’s AI ambitions by making data accessible, governed, and agent-ready.
• Lead through influence as part of a trio with a Staff Architect and an Engineering Manager.

Requirements

• Strong product management skills, including discovery, clear problem framing, ruthless prioritization, and outcome measurement.
• Ability to challenge requests and defer work that does not solve a real problem.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and modern data stacks sufficient to ask informed questions.
• Experience leading through influence alongside architecture and engineering leads.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated industry, ideally financial services.
