What you will do

• Build a central Tableau reporting suite integrating HiBob, payroll and compensation data into a trusted source for leadership.
• Own People data quality and structure, using analytics to identify workforce trends, risks and process bottlenecks.
• Design, prototype and productionize AI agents and workflow automations for high-friction HR processes.
• Improve employee and manager self-service through AI tools that answer repetitive questions.
• Connect HR and Finance systems, improve data flows and reduce manual reconciliation.
• Make solutions auditable, explainable and GDPR-compliant; establish responsible AI guardrails and enable the People team to maintain automations through workshops and playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI and automation, or technical systems roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, prompt engineering and workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, including solutions taken into production.
• Demonstrated success improving business processes through automation or system redesign, with measurable results.
• Strong data analysis skills and expert-level Tableau capability, including dashboards that turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Expert user knowledge of HiBob, including its data and reporting capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and GDPR compliance when handling sensitive People data.
• Ability to explain technical choices in plain language and teach others to use the resulting solutions.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in an HR or People Operations team.
• Certification in AI, machine learning, analytics or automation.
• Experience working with Finance, Legal or external HR service providers.
• Database knowledge.
