Safeguarding & Treasury Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Malta; hybrid/remote hiring is available across South Africa

Salary: €40,000–€53,000 EUR annually

hirify.global is a payments platform connecting traditional and digital finance, enabling businesses to make payments across major payment schemes and blockchain networks, use stablecoins, and settle funds in more than 30 markets.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the long-term forecast model and improve the medium-term forecast model.
• Deliver monthly executive reporting decks.
• Maintain investor presentation materials and incorporate the investment narrative.
• Build and maintain the group valuation model.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and provide performance insights at month end.
• Partner with commercial teams on finance and operational analysis.

Requirements

• BCom degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 1–2 years of experience as an analyst or in a similar role required.
• CFA preferred; CIMA or CA will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and commercial operations.

Nice to have

• Previous Salesforce experience.
• Prior experience in sales or commercial analysis.
