Product Manager - Partner Payout, FinTech

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid working is available, with flexible arrangements and up to 20 days per year working from abroad in the home country. This role does not come with relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale modernization projects for partner payouts.
• Drive discovery, planning, and delivery of platform functions that enable faster and more reliable payments.
• Work with engineering, design, data science, and internal technical teams to build and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Define product KPIs, track performance metrics, and iterate based on team feedback.
• Develop payout capabilities for calculating breakdowns across payment methods and scheduling and executing bank-transfer payments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience involving payments or financial products at a global technology company.
• Track record of shipping large-scale, successful software platform products.
• Experience handling a variety of external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and a basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built.

Nice to have

• Experience leading and running platform products.
• Expertise in defining and leading large-scale refactoring projects.
• Familiarity with operational excellence, reliability, compliance, or financial reconciliation in payment systems.
• Engineering experience.
