Senior Manager – Cyber Advisory (Commercial & Retail Sector)

What you will do

• Build trusted senior client relationships across Consumer, Commercial, and Retail sectors.
• Lead end-to-end cyber engagements, including assessments, roadmaps, and transformation programmes.
• Advise on cyber risk, incident readiness, third-party risk, cloud security, and resilience.
• Support business development, RFP responses, and growth of sector offerings.
• Apply ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and GDPR frameworks to practical client challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and assure delivery quality across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience in cybersecurity or cyber advisory, ideally in commercial or retail environments.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver business-aligned outcomes.
• Deep understanding of cyber risk, threat landscapes, and security frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls.
• Experience with cloud security and digital transformation risk, including identity, access, and data protection.
• Understanding of supply-chain cyber risk, OT/ICS, e-commerce platforms, or consumer data protection.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to regulatory environments such as GDPR, PCI DSS, or NIS2.
• Relevant cyber certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001, held or in progress.
• Commercially minded, analytical, proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous development.
