Finance Analyst Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; four days in office Monday–Thursday and one remote day Friday.

Salary: $26 per hour.

What you will do

• Build and refine financial models that evaluate strategic business opportunities and support executive decisions.
• Perform analytical deep-dives with cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex, high-impact business problems.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance variances, and collaborate with senior leaders on business improvements.
• Automate dashboards and monthly reporting packages using Looker and Google DataStudio.
• Own projects end to end, use AI to write SQL, and improve analytical insights and reporting.
• Present recommendations and findings to senior Finance leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Analytics, with graduation expected between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Experience using large or complex data to produce actionable insights with Excel or Google Sheets and/or SQL, GBQ, or an equivalent.
• Must return to the course of study after completing the internship.
