Cinematic Video Editor (Real Estate & Construction)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; Monday to Friday following New Zealand business time

Salary: Up to Php 88,000 per month; final amount depends on the client’s discretion, skills, and experience.

Creative media production services for businesses in the property, building, and construction sectors, including photography, videography, aerial footage, and digital content production.

What you will do

• Edit raw footage into polished, cinematic property walkthroughs, real estate promotions, architectural showcases, and construction project features.
• Apply sequencing, transitions, pacing, music integration, visual storytelling, color correction, and professional color grading.
• Incorporate drone footage, interior and exterior shots, and other visual assets into cohesive presentations.
• Use Higgsfield and other AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, creative effects, and production workflow improvements.
• Produce landscape and vertical videos optimized for online marketing and social media.
• Manage revisions, quality control, organized project files, multiple assignments, and daily delivery targets of approximately 2–3 completed videos.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro and access to a Mac capable of running it.
• Strong understanding of cinematic editing, storytelling, transitions, video composition, visual aesthetics, lighting, color, and pacing.
• Professional experience with color correction and color grading.
• Proficiency in Higgsfield and AI-powered video production tools.
• Strong understanding of audio synchronization, sound design, music integration, captions, and overall video presentation.
• Ability to consistently deliver 2–3 completed videos per day without compromising quality.
• Excellent attention to detail, independent working ability, reliability, adaptability, coachability, and capacity to meet deadlines.
• Must provide at least three samples of previously produced landscape videos demonstrating editing skills and creative capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience editing real estate, property marketing, architectural, or construction-related videos.
• Experience incorporating drone footage into professional productions.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, captions, sound design, visual effects, social media formats, and digital content requirements.
• Familiarity with additional AI-assisted video editing and content creation tools.
• Experience working with real estate professionals, property developers, builders, contractors, or commercial clients.
