Senior Software Engineer I (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Build and evolve a robust, scalable, configurable, multi-brand healthcare platform.
• Develop greenfield product features that support patients and clinical teams across multiple healthcare markets.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend codebases, with a specialization in at least one area.
• Lead projects through discovery, design, architecture, system design, implementation, work breakdown, and monitoring.
• Break down, improve, and port complex business logic from the legacy monorepo into microservices.
• Improve developer experience through internal tooling and frequent production delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5–8 years of experience in a similar role at startups, scale-ups, or software companies.
• Fullstack software engineering capability, with the ability and willingness to contribute to frontend and backend codebases.
• Experience using elements of the company’s technology stack.
• Experience owning shipped work across the full product lifecycle and leading projects from discovery through monitoring.
• Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment with incomplete information.
• Ability to influence product direction and participate in productive technical-scoping discussions.
• Adaptability when requirements change and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
