Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate features across React and TypeScript interfaces, C#/.NET services, and AWS infrastructure.
• Own production reliability, observability, performance, and incident response for shipped work.
• Partner with product and design to understand customer problems, shape solutions, and assess trade-offs with evidence.
• Drive projects from idea to delivery with minimal direction and document design decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing, code review, and feedback.
• Contribute to work breakdown, testing, source control, build processes, and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Senior full stack engineering experience with depth in both C#/.NET services and React with TypeScript.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting production services on AWS, with sound system design judgment.
• Product engineering experience: starting from customer problems and helping shape products, not only delivering tickets.
• Ability to work independently, drive personal work, and help less experienced engineers grow.
• Quality-first approach, including automated testing and CI/CD.
• Inclusive interpersonal qualities aligned with the stated team behaviours.
• Full-time Australian working rights are required.
• Successful candidates must complete a National Police Record check.

Nice to have

• Node.js in production.
• Event-driven systems using queues and messaging, such as SQS, SNS, or RabbitMQ.
• Next.js or another modern React framework.
• Experience with high-traffic consumer or e-commerce platforms.
