Senior Software Engineer (React)

Location: Hybrid work in Kraków, Poland, combining home and office work.

Salary: 20,000–28,000 PLN gross per month on an employment contract.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable frontend solutions for the shared Web Platform.
• Develop platform capabilities, developer tooling and improvements to developer experience.
• Contribute to technical design, implementation decisions and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, product partners and designers to deliver high-quality software.
• Support, troubleshoot and optimize production applications across frontend, API and cloud environments.
• Use monitoring, observability, testing, automation and mentoring to improve reliability, performance and engineering quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience building frontend applications with TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with modern frontend architectures, including modular or microfrontend-based applications.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, application architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright and Jest, plus CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience supporting and debugging applications in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch or similar.
• Practical experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Valkey and CloudFront.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
