Junior Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with up to 30 days of occasional remote work.

Salary: PLN 11,200–15,250 per month under an employment contract, plus an annual performance and company-results bonus.

What you will do

• Participate in the full delivery cycle, from idea refinement and implementation to production deployment and live monitoring.
• Build and improve display advertising and privacy/user consent management modules.
• Participate in architecture discussions and apply engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with UX designers, data analysts, business partners, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, technical-stack improvements, and developer workflows.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with AI-driven development and openness to developing backend skills.
• Commercial Software Engineer experience building complex, high-traffic web applications.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, including initiating technical discussions and seeking solutions beyond predefined specifications.
• Fluent Polish at C1 level and English at B2 level are required for written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in AdTech.
• Experience or interest in web privacy standards, GDPR, or CMP/consent management.
