Analyst, Risk Forecasting

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid work with a minimum on-site expectation of three days per week

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and automate reporting and KPI dashboards for partner teams.
• Process, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and business drivers.
• Use data analysis and emerging technologies to find opportunities to improve ancillary products and processes.
• Communicate insights and recommendations through visualizations and clear writing, including with Sigma.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders across hirify.global’s family of companies and present recommendations as responsibilities grow.
• Help design, test, and implement new products and solutions while improving existing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience; candidates graduating in December 2026 or later will be considered.
• Experience with SQL and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with a wide range of audiences, including management.
• Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, initiative, and a desire to broaden knowledge and support business success.
• Employment is not available to individuals with temporary visas or anyone who needs sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Sigma, Snowflake, or other business intelligence tools.
