What you will do
- Develop scalable and efficient AI pipelines for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Optimize model performance and accuracy through experimentation and fine-tuning.
- Apply MLOps and manage the machine learning model lifecycle.
- Design solutions using predefined architectural components and deliver software development for clients.
- Work with stakeholders and program management to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate with team members at various levels across the globe and contribute to delivery principles.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven commercial experience developing AI/ML solutions.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation or validation.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark and distributed computing frameworks.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and deploying AI models at scale.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other specialized AI/ML domains, plus strong problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
