What you will do

• Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable AI applications in production.
• Build intelligent agents and AI-powered features that translate complex research into customer solutions.
• Integrate AI applications with the end-to-end platform and ensure robust, scalable operation.
• Collaborate with research scientists, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements and deliver business-critical features.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for enterprise generative AI.
• Implement responsible AI practices covering bias detection, explainability, safety alignment, and ethical operation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Strong foundation in machine learning principles, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing, particularly large language models.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and MLOps tools for managing the AI lifecycle.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for scalable software systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges with creative AI solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams, challenge the status quo, and own projects through delivery and impact.
