Senior Graphic Designer (iGaming)

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom; hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home

What you will do

• Create high-quality design assets for complex sports and casino projects and campaigns, working independently from brief to final artwork.
• Ensure creative output meets briefs, brand standards, compliance requirements, and deadlines.
• Localise and adapt designs for different brands and markets.
• Collaborate with Content, Motion, and local market teams on integrated campaigns.
• Provide technical guidance on design techniques, brand standards, and best practices.
• Use approved LV Group tools, including AI, to improve and scale production.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Suite, Bannerflow, After Effects, and 3D software.
• Deep understanding of brands, markets, and design specialisations.
• Portfolio demonstrating independently delivered larger or complex design projects and campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the iGaming sector, competitor brand positioning, and creative trends.
• Knowledge of local market advertising regulations and their application to creative work.
• Experience supporting or guiding less experienced designers.
• Ability to foster a positive team environment, understand team dynamics, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
