Recruiter, GTM (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid policy requires staff to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office time.

Annual salary: €170,000–€215,000 EUR.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and broader GTM roles across EMEA, especially in London, Paris, and Munich, from intake through offer and close.
• Run intake sessions, calibrate hiring standards, and challenge hiring managers when expectations do not match the market.
• Screen, source, and engage active and passive candidates while building diverse pipelines in scarce talent markets.
• Run structured, rigorous, candidate-centric interview processes and maintain Anthropic’s hiring bar.
• Partner with Talent, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and close candidates.
• Track pipeline health, conversion, calibration, and time-in-stage; use data to advise hiring managers and build Applied AI and GTM hiring playbooks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting GTM or customer-facing roles in the UK and European markets, including knowledge of local talent dynamics, compensation norms, and employment practices.
• Ability to build trust with senior hiring managers in fast-moving environments.
• Ability and willingness to build enough technical depth to conduct credible intake sessions and screens for Applied AI roles.
• Ability to maintain quality under volume pressure and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building new approaches rather than following only an established playbook.
• Autonomous, self-starting approach while remaining aligned with global hiring strategy.
• Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring technical customer-facing talent such as Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Sales Engineers, or Applied AI/ML-adjacent professionals at an AI, SaaS, or high-growth technology company.
• Experience recruiting across Sales, Partnerships, or Marketing in addition to technical GTM roles.
• Experience scoping roles without an established market benchmark.
• Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK, France, and Germany.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
• Additional European language skills, especially French or German.
