GTM Recruiter (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with employees expected to be in the office at least three days per week

What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A positions.
• Partner with Fin leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on recruiting strategy and processes.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and attract and convert candidates through creative sourcing and authentic company storytelling.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to diagnose search challenges, develop solutions, and influence stakeholders.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a trusted talent partner.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM or sales recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Expertise in talent market intelligence across GTM and G&A business functions.
• Creative recruiting approach with the ability to attract and convert talent.
• Proven experience partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.
• Data- and metrics-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience building and managing diverse talent pipelines.
• Alignment with Fin’s values, including a growth mindset, collaboration, sense of urgency, and focus on customer success.
