What you will do

• Support SOX and internal control framework compliance, identify control gaps, and assist with corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits with the Manager/Lead and Country Finance.
• Prepare statutory accounts and consolidation packages within local regulatory and Group deadlines.
• Enter and reconcile cash transactions and support treasury accounting analysis, meetings, and presentations.
• Maintain SOP documentation and ensure alignment with the core model and current process, tool, and policy changes.
• Monitor SLA performance and support process and technology improvements, including automation and ERP solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin for stakeholder engagement across the business.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including MS Excel.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• Basic working experience in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP.
