Cyber Security Architecture - Cloud Senior Specialist (Microsoft Azure)

Location: Naples, Italy; hybrid working model with 2 days per week remotely. Right to work in Italy required.

Gross annual salary: €38,000–€42,000, paid over 14 monthly installments.

What you will do

• Develop the cloud landscape understanding and contribute to cloud strategy, adoption decisions, and security roadmaps.
• Design and support cloud security architectures and controls for Azure, including landing zones, networking, identity, and cloud-to-cloud integrations.
• Maintain cloud security standards, architecture patterns, implementation guidance, and security-by-design practices.
• Support cloud migrations by identifying security dependencies, assessing risks, and recommending treatments.
• Review cloud architectures, SaaS platforms, and third-party solutions, identifying gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, infrastructure teams, product owners, and business stakeholders on secure cloud solutions and IAM integrations.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, cyber security, or a related field.
• Italian as the primary language and fluent English.
• 5–8 years of experience in security architecture or implementation roles.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions and architectures, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, architectural components, cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and hybrid connectivity.
• Understanding of cloud security principles, IAM, Zero Trust architectures, and security considerations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including AWS.
• Good understanding of cloud networking, segmentation, routing, and connectivity across cloud, on-premises, and external environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, standards, and frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, OWASP, and CSA.
• Understanding of risk management fundamentals and their application to cyber security.
• Familiarity with cloud governance, security monitoring, and compliance requirements.
• Adaptable, decisive, collaborative, with strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and technical-documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and policy-as-code.
• Familiarity with AI security and governance principles.
• Cloud and cyber security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-100, CISSP, CCSP, GCLD, or GPCS.
