Security Architect (Web Security)

What you will do

• Own the technical integration of hirify.global security solutions, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live support.
• Analyze customer traffic and systems, then customize security solutions to address customer security issues.
• Translate compliance guidelines into business requirements, technical specifications, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams on scoping, timelines, technical solutions, and implementation support.
• Participate in ongoing training and train other team members.

Requirements

• Experience deploying web security or supporting security solutions at an IT vendor.
• Experience with customer-facing communication.
• Ability to work proactively, with a sense of urgency and a continuous desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with accountability as a team member.
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
