What you will do

• Serve as the technical point of contact for Japanese audio and video customers, working with regional sales on pre-sales consultation and hands-on PoC verification.
• Analyze customer media architectures and success criteria across OTT, social media, gaming, education, and enterprise scenarios.
• Design industry solutions and case studies by combining customer requirements with hirify.global Cloud media products.
• Represent Japan-market customer and industry requirements to the product development team and product roadmap.
• Present hirify.global Cloud media capabilities and industry insights at online and offline events.
• Support channel and marketing teams through partner enablement training, workshops, and Media Demo Day.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, cloud computing, or a related field, graduating by March 2027 or having completed the degree within the past 12 months.
• Professional fluency in Japanese and English, written and spoken, including public speaking and solution document writing.
• Solid understanding of audio and video technologies, including live streaming, video on demand, encoding and decoding, and network transmission.
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset, with the ability to engage technical decision-makers and explain complex architectures in business terms.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures with regional sales, architecture, product, and channel teams.
• Willingness to travel within Japan and occasionally across APAC.

Nice to have

• Mandarin Chinese.
• Internship or project experience with a public cloud platform or the media and streaming industry.
