Senior Technical Program Manager

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with at least three office days per week and up to two days working from home

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise technology programmes from inception through delivery and value realisation.
• Connect Product, Engineering, Business and market teams around shared direction, outcomes, milestones and accountabilities.
• Identify material gaps and architectural misalignment, mobilising relevant specialists to address them.
• Build governance covering programme goals, ownership, milestones, finances, risks and dependencies.
• Frame trade-offs and decision options for senior stakeholders and create escalation paths for complex delivery challenges.
• Work with Product and Engineering leaders, market and commercial stakeholders, Retail Operations, portfolio and enabling teams, finance partners, vendors and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise technology programmes across multiple product teams and functions from inception through delivery and value realisation.
• Experience identifying material gaps or architectural misalignment across integrated technology programmes and mobilising relevant specialists.
• Ability to independently engage Director and Vice President stakeholders, frame programme trade-offs and secure decisions.
• Experience building executive governance that clarifies programme goals, ownership, milestones, finances, risks and dependencies.
• Ability to lead complex programmes through influence rather than direct authority.
• Strategic judgement combined with close attention to delivery detail.

Nice to have

• Experience leading strategic technology programmes in retail, commerce, store or consumer environments.
• Experience applying product operating models across programmes involving Product, Engineering and Business teams.
• Experience framing programme trade-offs and decision options for Director and Vice President stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors and implementation partners across strategic technology programmes.
