Spring 2027: Technical Project Management Co-op (Robotics)

Location: Needham, Massachusetts, United States; full-time onsite work with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite and a stated expectation of 5 days per week onsite. No relocation or housing assistance is provided.

Hourly pay: $27–$36 USD.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end program planning by defining scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across technical workstreams.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, track execution, and maintain project documentation.
• Support beta testing operations through participant communications, survey coordination, feedback review, and issue follow-up.
• Coordinate hardware, firmware, software, data, engineering, quality, product, and operations teams on deliverables and timelines.
• Track and triage technical issues, document blockers, coordinate responsible teams, and follow actions through resolution.
• Build dashboards, reports, program updates, and executive-ready presentations using AI, Excel, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, or similar tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, or within one year of graduating from such a program.
• Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with data visualization, reporting tools, or dashboard development.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable updates.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to navigate ambiguity, and effective in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Foundational understanding of technical development processes across hardware and/or software systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Mandarin fluency.
